NOTE: MEMBERSHIP IS FOR THE 2025 CALENDAR YEAR ending on December 31, 2025. Membership renewals for the following year begin each November 1.
Thank you for your interest in joining the Cape Fear Pickleball Club. Once you register and pay your annual dues, you will receive a "Welcome" email from our Membership Director within 24 hours. If you do not see an email in your Inbox, PLEASE check your Spam folder prior to contacting us.
Please read the "Welcome" email carefully as it contains pertinent information regarding your membership, including the password for the Member's area on the club's website and the Lockbox code for all four (3) lockboxes containing club equipment (nets, balls, etc).

When you become a member of the Cape Fear Pickleball Club, you will be joining a group of people who are enthusiastic about playing pickleball and sharing the sport with others. The CFPC has been formed to advocate for pickleball and to provide friendly competition, training, education, and social events for its members while advocating for additional public courts in the Cape Fear area.

How to join
Please join us by clicking the Member Button below to create or renew your CFPC Member profile, entering or updating all information that is required. When you press the SUBMIT button you will be prompted to pay with your credit card. Once payment is submitted, you should receive a confirmation email that includes information on how to access the member area of the website, the lockbox codes located at courts in the area, and other pertinent information. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please email us at communications@capefearpickleballclub.org *Please check your spam folder before sending your email.
Special conditions
We require that you do not share the code with anyone. Part of the benefit of being a member of the CFPC is having access to equipment such as portable pickleball nets and balls. Your annual membership fee goes towards these purchases. This is an effort to preserve our pickleball equipment. Ensure that when closing the lock box, you remember to lock both locks and shuffle the code. Should a player ask you for the code, please refer them to a board member.
CFPC reserves the right to remove anyone from the club, without a refund, upon learning that a member has disclosed the equipment lock box code to a non-member.
